Cucumber Sandwiches

What am I serving for afternoon tea – why cucumber sandwiches of course!  Sometimes they are called tea sandwiches.  Regardless of what you name them, they are mmmmm good!

These sandwiches are perfect for an afternoon tea, ladies brunch, or any time you want a light and special treat.

I included a recipe card below.  I used Alouette Garlic and Herb spreadable cheese, along with whole wheat bread, cucumbers, and lettuce.  These little sandwiches always look better with the crust cut off.

Love, hugs, and adults can cut off the crust too!
