Bubble Gum Bark

I made this pink Bubble Gum Bark for the Peace, Love, and Chocolate party, but it would be perfect for a little girl’s birthday party, or even a baby shower or bridal shower.

Bark is soooo easy to make, and you can do anything with it.

Ingredients

I use either Wilton melts or a high quality melt like Ghirardelli.  For this Bubble Gum Bark, I used Ghirardelli white chocolate melts and a package of Duncan Hines bubble gum flavoring.

Once the chocolate was spread onto the parchment, I added large edible pink beads on top.

This only tastes like bubblegum, you can’t chew it like bubblegum.  It’s just candy.

Recipe

Here’s the recipe.  I would recommend using 1/2 package of the bubblegum flavoring and taste it first before adding the remaining flavoring.  It’s a pretty potent bubblegum flavor.  Click on the recipe card to open a new window to print.

How adorable is this Bubble Gum Bark?  And how much fun to add to the Peace, Love, and Chocolate fundraiser!

What about you?  When was the last time you had something bubble gum flavored?

Love, hugs, and not blowing bubbles with this candy.

    1. Holly

Hi Corinne – It’s the frosting mix-in, so I went out on a limb to try it with the melts and it works just as good. And it really does taste like bubble gum! Hugs, Holly

  7. Helen

Wow! That color is amazing- I can’t believe it came from just that flavor pack. I’ll definitely have to check those out some time.

    1. Holly

Hi Helen – The color was entirely from the flavor packet. I did not add any food dye at all. Hugs, Holly

  8. Cynthia L

Big would just love this! Bubble gum is her thing! I think I might be able to make this in a hurry for a sweet dessert on this special Valentines day! Thanks for sharing a great recipe!

    1. Holly

Hi Cynthia – Oh my goodness that is too much. It’s very quick to make and the only “time” involved is for it to set for a spell in the fridge to harden up. Happy Valentines Day! Hugs, Holly

  9. Alexis AKA MOM

Reminds me of the icecream I use to love as a kid :).

Stopping by from pin me :)

    1. Holly

Hi Alexis – It is sooooo sweet! Only for those serious about their sweet desserts. Hugs, Holly

  10. Gina Jacobs Thomas

I have a pink-loving girl that would absolutely love this recipe! Could you put in something like M&M’s or chocolate chunks before it cools?

    1. Holly

Hi Gina – Oh goodness, the only limit to what you can put in it is your imagination. My recommendation is to mix the chocolate and flavoring first, spread it out, and put your toppings on top. I tried before to mix them in, but they get lost and you can’t see them on top. Enjoy! Hugs, Holly

    1. Holly

Hi Earl-Leigh – Thanks so much for visiting! Hugs, Holly

    1. Holly
